2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking status and contacting the courier for delivery arrangements if necessary.
6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

If a package is returned, customers must pay re-shipping fees before we attempt delivery again.
7. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Vikii Store is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at umeerubab682@gmail.com with photos of the package and items.

Lost package claims must be filed within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but replacement or refund decisions will be made based on the courier’s investigation results.
9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-ordered or backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

Estimated availability dates will be communicated to you via email.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together unless you request separate shipments (extra charges may apply).
